We tried the cheese spread, but maybe due to the low temperatures (40-ies) it didn't come out as well as I thought. The cheese didn't become spreadable, it stayed loose and chunky. I'd suggest using luke warm water when you're camping in colder temperatures and I also like the idea of adding mayonnaise, to make it more of a spread. It's a high quality product but needs some seasonal tweaking. Also, I'd like to suggest to make short, wide bags instead of tall bags, especially with the bean dip it was getting very messy to scoop it out of the bag. I'll review this and the bean dip and insulated bag in my next blog post https://moniquedicarlo.wordpress.com/ as well as in a video http://ow.ly/uEtY306DaKq

We tried out the many beans salad and the cheese spread today. Impressive! Never before has any prepackaged food tasted better than what I've made myself. Great job! Just put in another order. Yummy!

Real cheese flavor, blended with spices and veggies, make this spread way more appetizing than I expected," says a tester whose family scarfed it in Rocky Mountain National Park. Bring your own crackers, tortilla or extras to dip.

Yummy!

Not quite as creamy as the chicken salad, but our crew loved the tangy kick of this spread for lunch.
