Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday in the order received: first-come, first-served!
Customers that require a specific "receive by" date must select UPS express shipping to ensure the order jumps to the head of the queue.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
In order to determine when you might be able to expect your order to arrive, we recommend entering your information in the cart at checkout. This will generate the most accurate shipping estimate taking into consideration the distance to your address, the time needed to prepare your package and any shipping holidays or store closures.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding AK, HI, PR). When Free Shipping is selected, your package will be shipped UPS Ground, UPS SurePost or USPS Priority.
GROUND RATES
We offer all available real-time shipping rates. Real-time shipping rates are generated directly by UPS and USPS based on the weight of your package and the address that you are shipping to. This means that you will always get the lowest possible shipping rate that UPS and USPS have to offer. We do not markup or add any additional handling fees to the shipping rates you see at checkout.
EXPRESS RATES
Express rates are automatically calculated at checkout. These are the realtime rates calculated by UPS so you'll always be getting the best rate possible.
If you're choosing to add the extra expense of express shipping, we know that every second matters. That's why all express orders are automatically moved to the head of the order queue and shipped out as quickly as possible. To ensure that your order is shipped the same day that it is placed, please be sure to submit your order by 9 a.m. CST.
PO BOX & GENERAL DELIVERY SHIPMENTS
When shipping to a PO Box, to a Post Office (General Delivery) or to an APO/FPO address, the order must be shipped via the United States Postal Office (USPS) or UPS SurePost. UPS Ground and Express services will not deliver to the post office and your package will be returned to Packit Gourmet.
