All orders are shipped directly from the Packit Gourmet warehouse in Austin, Texas.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 days of placement. As a courtesy to our customers, we do accept  requests to ship last minute orders “As Soon As Possible.”  If you need your order shipped ASAP,  please let us know by selecting “ASAP shipping” as you check out.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there are no guarantees.

You can easily track your order as it makes its way through the fulfillment and shipping process by logging into your account and viewing “order status”. Once your order has shipped, your “order status” will provide the package tracking number and other shipment information. Your tracking information will also be sent to the email address you listed in your profile when placing the order.
