Cheese is one of the foods we miss the most after being in the backcountry for a few days, so we were happy to find this shelf stable cheddar cheese. Despite being shelf stable this cheese slices and tastes like a nice cheddar. Enjoy sliced with salami, melt into pasta, stir into refried beans or eat all on its own!
