    Surprisingly, this was great! It seems like a mixture of cheese and cheese spread with a strong cheddar flavor. We easily cut it with a plastic knife and spread on crackers for a midafternoon snack. Very compact also.

    I took a couple of these for lunch with smoked sausages on a three day section on the AT. Great taste, especially on top of a tall mountain. I will definately carry these on future trips.
