Details: Dehydrated 3.0 oz (about 1¼ cups) 12.0 oz (about 5 cups) Ingredients: Dehydrated Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes, Peas, Celery, Green Bell Peppers, Green Beans, & Parsley. Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in cool water for 8-10 minutes or hot water for 3-5 minutes. Use 3 parts veggie blend to 2 parts water. Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.
