Tomatoes, fresh, powdered or dried, are a good source of vitamin C which helps in iron absorption and helps to rebuild tissue broken down on the trail. Surprisingly, sun-dried tomatoes pack up to 12 times the nutrients of fresh tomatoes at a fraction of the weight!

Ingredients: Tomatoes




Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in cool water for 3-5 minutes or hot water for 1 minute. Use 2 parts tomatoes to 1 part water.

Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.



* 1oz of dehydrated tomatoes is approximately equivalent to 4oz (¼ lbs) of fresh tomatoes.
