The combination of practicality and beauty make this knife one of our favorites around camp. The 4 inch blade is constructed of rustproof stainless steel and easily sliced through all of the food items we had in camp. The handle and sheath are both carved out of natural Japanese cherry wood and fashioned to enhance the both the wood grain and color. The sheath fits snugly over the blade and includes a thumb gripper so that it can be easily removed or pulled over the blade. The handle is simple and uncontoured making it a perfect fit for both small and large hands.
