Any order placed after 10:00am on Friday will not ship until Monday morning. Customers requiring faster service, must select express shipping.
* Shipping rates apply only to the lower 48 United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS (the size of the shipment will determine price but will generally be $9.80 or $12.95). We will respond to customers outside of this area via email with a quote for shipping charges.
** Place your order by 9 a.m. CT Monday through Thursday for next-day delivery.
Please note:
When standard shipping is selected, Packit Gourmet determines the most efficient
shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are:
U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be
subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order
is being shipped to. 
We are currently looking into Canadian shipping regulations and hope to be able to ship to Canada in the coming weeks.
Appalachian Trail Delivery Schedule
We are more than happy to ship packages to you as you hike along the Appalachian Trail. Please view our delivery schedule to see a list of the towns that we ship to. If you would like to receive a shipment in a town that is not on our list, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 
Sales Tax
- Packit Gourmet is located in Austin, Texas. We are required to charge all applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. Texas taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipping to any destination outside of Texas.
- Gift Cards- No sales tax will be charged on gift card purchases. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is used.
