Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that all non-food items purchased at Packit Gourmet meets your high standards—or you can return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or store credit.

All defective food items are eligible for a replacement or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Meals and grocery items are not eligible for return or refund. If you’ve decided to cancel the order while it is in transit, let us know – we’ll cancel delivery and immediately issue a refund.
There will be a fee of $11.00 for UPS to cancel delivery.

Ordered too much? Don’t worry – the items on our site have a very long shelf-life and can be easily stored for your next trip. Learn more about food storage and preservation.

Return postage due to defective merchandise or shipping error will be on our tab. To request a return authorization and shipping instructions, send an email to trailmeals@packitgourmet.com. Be sure to let us know if you'd like a refund; if you'd like to exchange the item or receive a store credit.



*All non-food items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and packing materials in place; and completely eligible to be restocked and resold to be eligible for a return or exchange.
