Add color and flavor to almost any dish with a handful of leeks. Made from fresh, mature green and white leeks, this vegetable is delicious in soups, stews and salads.
Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or in cold water for 1-2 hours. Use 2 parts water to 1 part leeks.
Storage & Shelf-life:
Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24
months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for
extended storage.
* 1oz of dehydrated leeks is approximately equivalent to 6oz (3/8 lbs) of fresh leeks.
