There are two charts available in this downloadable spreadsheet: the "Nutrition per Serving" chart and the "Nutrition per Ounce" chart.
- Nutrition Per Serving - The information given in the Nutrition Facts Chart has been entered here exactly as it appears in the Nutrition Facts contained on each meal label. This enables easy searching and comparison of meals based on the nutritional content of one serving.
- Nutrition Per Ounce - To make our meals easy to compare and understand, we have presented the nutritional info for our meals as "Nutrition per Ounce" rather than the traditional "Nutrition per Serving." Why? Serving size can be a little ambiguous since serving sizes vary (you might be enjoying a large 16 oz serving or a smaller 10 oz serving) so to put our meals on a more level playing field we compared each meal based on just one ounce of the prepared food. This will enable you to accurately compare nutritional levels for a larger dinner meal and a smaller lunch or breakfast.
