Rehydrating Instructions: No sorting, cleaning, or soaking is necessary. Rehydrates in cool water
in 10-12 minutes or hot water in 3-5 minutes. Use 1
part lentils to 1
part water.
Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.
