Delicious in almost any dish, freeze-dried bell peppers can be eaten ‘raw’ or instantly rehydrated in hot or cold water. Use in pastas, wraps, soups, pizza, eggs and just about anything else you can think of.
Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in cool water for 1-2 minutes, hot water instantly or enjoy
without rehydrating as a crunchy, tasty snack. Use 3 parts bell peppers to 1
part water.
Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months.
* 1oz of freeze dried green bell peppers is approximately equivalent to 15oz (0.9 lbs) of fresh green bell peppers.
