Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in warm water for 5 minutes. Add one part bell peppers to 1 part water.

Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months.

* 1oz of freeze dried green bell peppers is approximately equivalent to 15oz (0.9 lbs) of fresh green bell peppers.
