Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in cool/warm water for 7-10 minutes. Use 4 parts cheese to 1 part water.
Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry
location, for up to 12 months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum
storage bag for extended storage.
* 3oz of freeze dried colby cheese is approximately equivalent to 12 oz (¾ lbs) of fresh colby cheese.
