This egg mix has been combined with milk and oil making the eggs taste much more like real eggs than typical powdered eggs. Use for scrambled eggs, omelets or mix into recipes whenever egg is called for.

About 1 ½ cups egg mix
Equivalent to 6 large eggs


Directions:
Mix 2 tablespoons of Egg Mix with 3 tablespoons of water to make one egg. Once water has been combined with Egg Mix, use immediately.


Ingredients: Whole Eggs, Nonfat Dry Milk, Soybean Oil or Corn Oil and Salt
