Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate in warm water for 5 minutes. Use 1 part water to 1 part celery.
Storage & Shelf-life: Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24 months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.
* 1oz of freeze dried celery is approximately equivalent to 24oz (1½ lbs) of fresh celery.
