Rehydrating Instructions: Rehydrate instantly in hot water. Use approximately 1/3 cup water to rehydrate 2 Tablespoons of beet powder.
Storage & Shelf-life:
Store in original container in a cool, dry location, for up to 24
months. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for
extended storage. Beet powder is extremely sensitive to humidity – if
you live in a humid location, be sure to double seal your powder once
opened.
* 2oz of beet powder is approximately equivalent to 18 oz (1 lb) of fresh beets.
